1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and supply of goods (including medicines, medical devices, and over-the-counter products) purchased from Press Pharmacy Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) via the website www.presspharmacy.co.uk (“the Website”). By placing an order through our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Regulatory Compliance

Press Pharmacy Ltd is a UK-registered company operating under the professional regulation of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). All medicinal products supplied comply with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) standards, the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, and relevant NICE/BNF guidance. All prescriptions are dispensed only by registered pharmacists and trained staff under GPhC supervision.

3. Ordering Process

  • Orders can be placed via our Website following completion of any required online consultation or patient questionnaire.
  • Orders are reviewed by a pharmacist before approval and may be rejected or amended if clinical information is incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate.
  • You confirm that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices displayed include VAT (where applicable).
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order using accepted payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time; however, the price at the time of your order will apply.

5. Dispensing and Delivery

  • Medicines are dispensed only from registered UK pharmacy premises.
  • Orders will be dispatched once approved by a pharmacist and payment has cleared.
  • Delivery times stated are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Cold-chain or controlled medicines (where applicable) will follow temperature-controlled protocols.

6. Prescription Medication

  • Prescription-only medicines (POMs) are supplied only upon receipt of a valid prescription or through our online prescribing process, authorised by a UK-registered independent prescriber.
  • Press Pharmacy Ltd reserves the right to refuse the supply of any prescription medicine if it believes the request is inappropriate or unsafe.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Due to safety and legal regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on medicines once they have been dispensed and left the pharmacy premises.
  • Faulty or damaged non-medicinal products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
  • Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for purchase once the item is received and inspected.

8. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once a prescription has been dispensed or goods dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from use or misuse of products supplied. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Pharmacovigilance

Any suspected adverse reaction to a medicine supplied must be reported to www.mhra.gov.uk/yellowcard or directly to our superintendent pharmacist.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
