Levonorgestrel 1.5 mg Tablet provides effective emergency contraception to prevent unintended pregnancy when taken within 72 hours (3 days) of unprotected intercourse or contraceptive failure. It contains levonorgestrel 1.5 mg, a synthetic progestogen hormone that delays or inhibits ovulation and prevents fertilization.

- Take one tablet orally as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours, but no later than 72 hours (3 days) after unprotected intercourse.

- If vomiting occurs within 3 hours of taking the tablet, another dose should be taken immediately.
