- Active Ingredient: Tranexamic acid 500mg per tablet
- Indication: Reduction of heavy menstrual bleeding in women with regular cycles (21–35 days)
- Dosage: Take 2 tablets three times daily (morning, afternoon, evening) for up to 4 days. If bleeding is very heavy, an additional 2 tablets can be taken at night. Do not exceed 8 tablets (4g) in 24 hours.
- Administration: Begin treatment once heavy bleeding starts; swallow tablets whole with water.
