What is Epsom Salt & How to Use It
- Epsom salt, chemically magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, is used primarily in baths (and foot soaks) to:
- Soothe sore muscles, joint aches, and general inflammation
- Promote relaxation and stress relief
- Support skin health (e.g., exfoliation, reducing swelling, minor soreness)
- Typical usage:
Add 1–2 cups (about 300 g) to a standard bathtub of warm water and soak for 15–30 minutes. For foot soaks, dissolve a handful in warm water. - Pack Size: 1kgs and 3kgs
