- Dosage: Apply a thick layer of EMLA Cream to the target area. The amount varies depending on the procedure and area size.
- Covering: After application, cover the area with an airtight dressing to enhance absorption.
- Timing: For most procedures, apply the cream at least 1 hour before the procedure. For more painful procedures, a 2-hour application may be necessary.
